READ MORE: The program will take place every Monday night for 16 weeks, starting Monday, March 9, 2026 through June 22nd, 2026. It will incorporate all the same information from LAUNCH's core 10-week program, plus additional food-specific training topics and hands-on experience in the kitchen.

In addition to the class, participants will receive a food credit from the KIC's food distributor (Gordon Food Services), free credit hours towards kitchen access at the KIC, an introduction to food industry experts, post-class business coaching and support, and much more. 

The program fee is only $500 for the entire 16-week journey, due upon acceptance.
