LAUNCH helps young entrepreneur hone company, pursue business as a career

In 2011, Derelle Roshell was a local high school student who took one entrepreneurship class; now, he's studying business management at Chattanooga State Community College and working to build his business, Lingua Cocoa. 

After taking the class through LAUNCH—which is local organization that aims to empower community members through entrepreneurship, job training and mentorship—Roshell realized entrepreneurship might be right for him. 

"The LAUNCH program taught me a lot of life lessons," he said "I've taken that stuff in, and I'm realizing this is something you can do for life."
