Entrepreneurs take home business prize packages after LAUNCH showcase
Local entrepreneurs pitched ideas at a LAUNCH competition Thursday night, and three won packages to boost their businesses. Brandon Tiede with ToolGard, which provides customized engraving of logos and designs on work tools for identity and theft prevention, took the first-place prize, which is valued at $35,000 and includes an array of business services. Second place went to Wee Care Diaper Service, which provides diaper swap services at locations around the city. Sherman Suttles with S&S Auto Service (The Service Doctor) took third place for his on-site auto appraiser business.
