The Three Course Concert
Sip, prep, taste, and tune in live online
6:30pm on Thursday, June 24th.
Ever wish you could have a fine dining experience from home? Now you can!
Throughout the evening, you will be treated to the music from The Brook & The Bluff and learn tips and tricks in the kitchen from LAUNCH CHA graduates Kenyatta Ashford and Kaleena Goldsworthy. Kenyatta Ashford is the owner of Neutral Ground, a New York Times featured chef and recent winner of The Food Network's Chopped Next gen. On the night of the event, he will join you virtually in your kitchen to help you craft a three-course dinner for two. Kaleena Goldsworthy, award-winning owner of The Bitter Bottle, will guide you through the mixology of the evening's cocktail and your wine pairing.
Each reservation is $150 ($100 is tax-deductible) and directly supports LAUNCH’s work to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs in Chattanooga, TN. One reservation supplies dinner for two including the appetizer, entrée, dessert, and mixture for two cocktails (liquor not included). Each box also includes a free bottle of wine paired specifically for your dinner.
What's on the menu:
- 1st Course: Smoked French Onion Dip with Assorted Vegetable Crudités
